I had such a wonderful experience in the Rundle Street store and was helped by Ellie. I was wanting to purchase my first perfume and she took the time to talk through options and helped me make the right choice for me. She was so gentle, knowledgable and kind! I really appreciated the time she made for me and she has a beautiful presence about her! Thank you!

What a gorgeous sensuous experience! Holly locked eyes with me straight away. It was wonderful and welcoming. I had never smelled mandarin and we spent a great time together at their sink. She guided me through the space and we landed at the very interesting post poo drops. The skincare and looked really good and I ended up buying a hand cream! Can’t wait to come back.

Everywhere I go (internationally, nationally), I always visit an Aesop store if there is one. This is my favourite! Every time I have visited Adelaide I have visited this particular store and the customer service is consistently exceptional. Both yesterday and today I have been taken care of by the most beautiful ladies - thank you so much for your time and care! Such a beautiful destination store and ambiance.

Having limited time in ADL, I made it a point to visit Aesop as I adore their skincare and fragrances. It was a very lovely experience The shop itself was elegant, very peaceful and welcoming, made more so by the staff. Even though they were already occupied with other shoppers, they did acknowledge me and let me know it wouldn't be too long- lovely lady with short blonde hair- I forgot to ask her name, she made me feel welcomed on the 1st impression. Jason, who assisted me, is very knowledgeable and well versed on the various products that they offer. Me, coming from a certain climate, asked his recommendation on what's best suited. He showed much patience and had a very calming and friendly demeanour. His knowledge of the products highlighted their individual characteristics. When I was uncertain about making a decision, his elaboration on when to use these products according to the setting was a very personalised service. What impressed me most was the smallest detail of packaging, and him elaborating on how the packaging of these products came about- this level of attention to detail was impressive. Topnotch customer care & professionalism. Would highly recommend. Thanks again, Jason, especially for the dinner recommendations after a day of shopping.

Holly is the best! She served us wonderfully and explained each product thoroughly. She’s incredibly sweet, friendly, very knowledgeable and approachable. We’re so glad we visited this Aesop store in Adelaide. It’s now our favourite one! We couldn’t be happier with our perfume purchase, thanks to Holly’s thoughtful recommendation.
